Professional Services Agreement WROC2025 for 3" Orthoimagery

This is a contract with Ayres Associates for the acquisition of updated orthophotography. Regular updates, typically conducted every three to five years, are essential to ensure the continued accuracy and reliability of this imagery.

Sauk County has been awarded a grant from the Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs (DMA) to help offset a portion of the costs associated with acquiring this updated photography.

Total cost for 3" imagery is 156,780.00

DMA GIS Grant is for 86,054.20

Total cost to the county after reimbursement of the grant, 70,725.20.

The 2025 Sauk County Land Records Modernization budget be amended to include an additional $70,725.20 of fund balance from the Land Records Modernization fund to cover those costs not paid for by grant funding. 

We originally asked for the entire cost of the imagery to be covered by the Grant, DMA awarded the cost of the upgrade from 6" to 3", which is how they awarded all the counties that applied.  This is the reason we asking for a Land Records Modernization budget amendment.
