Professional Services Agreement - Plat of Survey, GSST

Description of Services to be performed:

1. Establish the boundaries of the entire right-of-way corridor of the Badger Spur Line, the Wye, and westerly
portion of the active Reedsburg line commencing at the west section line of Section 32 extending east to Halweg
Road.
2. Stake the northern boundary of the Badger Spur Line with metal fence posts at intervals that allows viewing of
one post to the next.
3. Establish the westerly right-of-way line of the active Reedsburg line starting from the most southerly intersection
with the 'wye' track and running north to Halweg Road.
4. Develop a Plat of Survey that establishes Parcel A: That part west of the active Reedsburg line. Parcel B: The
northerly section of the 'wye' . Parcel C: That part of the Badger Spur Line commencing at the west section line
of Section 32 to the northerly section of the 'wye'. (See attached map for project limits)
