Contract Draft:
We applied for a NG911 GIS Grant through the Department of Military Affairs. We were awarded the grant and looking to get it approved for signature.
We requested to have the entire cost of the imagery covered by the Grant. DMA awarded us the grant, but is only covering the cost for the upgrade from 6" to 3" imagery, which is what they are doing for the other 40 counties that applied. Our 6" cost is $66,196, which we will need to amend the budget to use additional fund balance to cover the difference.
The cost for the 3" upgrade is $90,584. Our 5% match is 4529.20 along with the 5% match for the ALI data exacts our total match is 4590.45.
