Description of Services to be performed:

Sauk County received a preliminart plat application for the Foster's Shore Phase 2 development.  Phase 2 consists of 19 proposed single family residential lots on 29.73 acres located along the shore of Lake Wisconsin in the Town of Merrimac.  Jewell will review the submitted Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Plan to verify the proposed development complies with Chapter 22 of the Sauk County Code of Ordinance.

Assumptions: 

This agreement is subject to the following assumptions/conditions: 

Local permits for this projec (zoning, building, etc.) will be obtained by the Client with information provided by the consultant.

All permit fees will be paid by the Client

Wisconsin State plan review fees are not part of this agreement.

No Federal permits are anticipated for this project.

Cultural, historic, archeological, or wetland assessment investigation or site remeiateion activities are not included.

Cost of printing drawings and documents for bidding and construction are not part of this agreement.

Compensation for these services will be as follows:

Estimate:      $2500.00 (Time and Materials) (The could vary depending on the submittal and number of reviews needed)  Services will be billed monthly based on work completed to date, with invoices being due within 20 days of invoice date. 

Schedule:

Assuming that Jewell has a signed contract no later than April 22, 2022, Jewell will complete the first review no later that May 13, 2022.
