Contract Draft:
This is a joint project with the Ho Chunk Nation to acquire Aerial Lidar in the Spring of 2023. The project will collection high density lidar averaging 60 points per sq meter within Devils Lake State Park and Ho Chunk Nation lands within the former Badger Army Ammunition Plant. The Ho Chunk Nation has agreed to pay $15,000.00 of the $25,000.00 total contract value. Sauk County is considered the Owner of the contract and an Memorandum of Understanding will be signed with the Ho Chunk Nation with respect to their agreement to contribute $15,000.00.
Sauk County portion of the contract is $10,000.00.
Ayres Associates built this contract as an amendment to our existing 2020 Lidar project made on March 12, 2020.
