CTH G (EE-Co-Line) Agreement for Professional Services

Scope: The Basic Services to be provided by Consultant as set forth herein are provided subject to the attachedGeneral Conditions of the Agreement for Professional Services (General Conditions Rev. 07.14.16), which isincorporated by reference herein and subject to Exhibits attached to this Agreement.CTH G from STH 58 to County Line is broken into two separate WisDOT Let projects, but efficiencies were takeninto consideration since both projects will be designed in-unison. Anticipate inclusion in the STP-Rural program.
The design process will follow the WisDOT project development process. If the project is not included in the STPRuralprogram and project will be locally let, scope of services will be re-evaluated, and an amendment will becreated to reduce total project costs.
Scope of Services: CTH G (CTH EE to County Line)
Design the pavement replacement of CTH G from CTH EE to County Line (5.7 miles). It is assumed the Countywill replace culverts, guardrail, and any needed ditching in advance of the project.
