Baraboo State Bank Positive Pay Services Agreement

Positive Pay is a feature through our bank, Baraboo State Bank, that is used already by the Treasurer and Accounting Dept.  It alerts the department of balance inquiry, transfer of funds, stop payments, check copy request, fraudulent checks, checks clearing with a wrong dollar amount or other notifications the Bank sees needing to be addressed.  I was advised by other Clerk of Courts around the state that they have started using Positive Pay for a safety feature.
