A contract is needed for TAD funds to pay for the SCRAM units that we utilize for alcohol participants under Justice, Diversion, and Support. We were originally utilizing services through the Sheriff's Department. This is similar to the Sheriff's Department MOU with them, however, we do not need the other products that are listed in theirs.
