This is an agreement between Sauk County (“County”) and the Town of La Valle (“Town”) pursuant
to Wis. Stat. § 66.0301 authorizing the enforcement of the Sauk County Ordinances pertaining to park entrance fees to boat landings in the Town of La Valle. The Sauk County Board of Supervisors approved such enforcement on May 20, 2003, by Ordinance No. 90-03. The Town of La Valle Board approved this enforcement on June 9,2003, by Ordinance No. 1-03.
