This Grant Agreement is made and entered into between the State of Wisconsin, Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as "Department" and the County of SAUK, hereinafter referred to as "Recipient." The Department agrees to pay the Recipient $176,756 following the execution of this Grant Agreement subject to the provisions of Chapter TRANS 1.08(3), Wis. Admin. Code.

Except for the trust conditions established under Section VI, the term of this Grant Agreement shall extend from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022. The trust conditions established under Section VI shall remain in effect until they are terminated or amended
