This is a required Agreement for the Child Support Agency and the body of the Agreement cannot be changed in any way (only the attachments can be changed). The only changes to this contract since last year are Attachments 3 and 4. These are updated annually for the new cost amounts. This contract is provided to the Agency toward the end of December and I try to have it signed prior to the beginning of the new year.
