This is a required Cooperative Agreement for the Child Support Agency and the body of the Cooperative Agreement cannot be changed in any way (only the attachments can be changed).  The only changes to this contract since last year are Attachments 3 and 4.  These are updated annually for the new cost amounts. This contract is provided to the Agency toward the end of December and I try to have it signed prior to the beginning of the new year.

Exemption Notes: 
There was a minor amendment to the contract to update the annual total hours and annual amount paid. This change is less than $5,000 change, but the contract needed to be resigned and amended.
