In attendance:  Judge Screnock, Court Commissioner O’Rourke, Chief Deputy Van Den Heuvel, Sergeant Sabol, Clerk of Circuit Court Carrie Wastlick, Assistant District Attorney Rick Spoentgen, Attorney Derek Horkan, Building Services Director Ian Crammond, Emergency Management Director, Jed Seidl. 

1.  Call to Order.  The meeting was called to order at 7:44 a.m. by Ian Crammond.2
2.  Approval of Minutes.  Motion by Spoentgen, second by O’Rourke to approve minutes of July 7, 2022 meeting.  Unanimous.    
3. Update on Courthouse Entrance Project.   Ian Crammond gave an update on the courthouse entrance project.  The West entrance handrail is finished.  Piping/rail to be placed once stonework is completed.  The West lawn handicap ramp remains closed pending the handrail and stonework completion. 
4. Update on Staff Entrance and Emergency Exit Doors.   Ian Crammond advised the County is still waiting on the final installation of equipment to fully implement the emergency exits and to require badge access to exit the building.  He is targeting October 2022 for full implementation.
5. Court Security Update.  Sgt. Sabol reported on the number of transports, activity reports, and security requests during recent months.  A new tally will be added to the report=number to items scanned and persons entering through security. 
6. Next Meeting.  January 5, 2023 at 7:30 a.m. 
7. Adjournment.  Motion by Spoentgen, second by Horkan to adjourn.  Unanimous.  Meeting adjourned at 8:01 a.m.
