Attendance:
Members Present: Tut Gramling, Chair, Paul Bishop, Janice Brown, Dwayne Cheers, Walter Darling, Vern Demers, Eileen Klepper, Cindy Liegel, David Moore, Alan Wildman.
Others Present: Keri Olson, Interim Director, Aging & Disability Resource Center of Sauk County; Amy Romberg, RN, Parish Nurse, St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Baraboo; Loretta Rudolph, RN, Parish Nurse, St. Clare Hospital; Thomas Litscher, Mobility Operations Manager, Aging & Disability Resource Center of Sauk County; Teresa Bidwell, Transportation Program Assistant, Aging & Disability Resource Center of Sauk County; Lee J. 1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law: The meeting was called to order by D. Moore at 10:03 a.m. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
2. Adopt Agenda: Motion by P. Bishop to adopt the Agenda, second by T. Gramling. Motion carried.
3. Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by V. Demers to approve the February 25, 2014 Regular Meeting Minutes, second by W. Darling. Motion carried.
4. Public Comment: None.
5. Consider Election of the Transportation Coordination Committee Chair: Nomination by V. Demers of T. Gramling for the Transportation Coordination Committee Chair, second by E. Klepper. Motion by V. Demers to accept T. Gramling as the Transportation Coordination Committee Chair and move that nominations be closed and a unanimous vote be cast, second by E. Klepper. Motion carried.
6. Consider Election of the Transportation Coordination Committee Vice Chair: Nomination by V. Demers of D. Moore for the Transportation Coordination Committee Vice Chair, second by P. Bishop. Motion by V. Demers to accept D. Moore as the Transportation Coordination Committee Vice Chair and move that nominations be closed and a unanimous vote be cast, second by P. Bishop. Motion carried.
7. Consider Election of the Transportation Coordination Committee Secretary: Nomination by D. Moore of C. Liegel for the Transportation Coordination Committee Secretary, second by V. Demers. Motion by D. Moore to accept C. Liegel as the Transportation Coordination Committee Secretary and move that nominations be closed and a unanimous vote be cast, second by V. Demers. Motion carried.
8. Communications: K. Olson read aloud a letter of concern from the residents of Maple Ridge regarding The Bus. K. Olson read aloud an e-mail from Louise Dotter regarding transportation services in the Spring Green area.
