REGULAR MEETING
ATTENDANCE:
Members Present: Arthur Carlson – Chair, Janice Brown, Ruth Dawson, Dan Brattset, Vern Demers, Phyllis Johnson, Eileen Klepper, Janet Pearson.
Others Present: Keri Olson, Interim Director, ADRC Sauk County; Thomas Litscher, Mobility & Operations Manager, ADRC Sauk County; Dennis Murray, Transportation Program Specialist, ADRC Sauk County; Terry Bidwell, Transportation Program Assistant, ADRC Sauk County; Amy Romberg, Parish Nurse, St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Baraboo.
Absent: Jim Brown, Theron Hill, Jim Pritzkow, Richard Running, Alan Wildman, Joan Wucherer.
1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law: The meeting was called to order by Chair A. Carlson at 10:17 AM and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
2. Adopt Agenda: Motion by V. Demers to adopt the Agenda, second by R. Dawson. Motion carried.
3. Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by V. Demers to approve the previous Regular Meeting Minutes, second by P. Johnson. Motion carried.
4. Public Comment: Phyllis Johnson expressed great appreciation for the Bus as it provides transportation and mobility to a large number of older adults and adults with disabilities, many of whom have no other options to maintain their ndependence and the ability to stay in their own homes longer.

C. PowerPoint Presentation: K. Olson, T. Litscher, D. Murray and T. Bidwell presented an overview of plans regarding the Bus to meet Wisconsin Department of Transportation requirements. The main priorities are increasing cost efficiency, increasing revenue and increasing ridership. Options include increasing the bus fare by $1 and restructuring the bus routes from the current four per day to two per day or fewer.

A. 2013 Fourth Quarter: K. Olson and T. Litscher presented the Transportation Financial Review for Committee discussion.

A. Discussion of the New Transportation Coordination Committee Members: K. Olson presented the name of Leah Lennon of Reedsburg Cab as a candidate for a three-year term on the Transportation Coordination Committee.
