REGULAR MEETING

ATTENDANCE:

Members Present:  Arthur Carlson - Chair, Ruth Dawson, Dan Brattset, Vern Demers, Phyllis Johnson, Eileen Klepper, Janet Pearson and Jim Pritzkow.

Others Present:  Trish Vandre, Director of ADRC Eagle Country-Baraboo, Thomas Litscher, Mobility & Operations Manager of ADRC of Eagle Country-Baraboo, Dave Lowe, Running, Inc.

Absent:  Janice Brown, Jim Brown, Michael Coleman, Theron Hill, Alan Wildman and Joan Wucherer.   

  1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law: The meeting was called to order by Vice Chair R. Dawson at 10:30 AM and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
  2. Adopt Agenda: Motion by V. Demers to adopt the Agenda, second by J. Pearson. Motion carried.
  3. Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by V. Demers to approve the previous Regular Meeting Minutes, second by J. Pearson. Motion carried.
  4. Public Comment:
  5. Communications: Letters of praise from two riders who receive rides through the Volunteer Escort Driver Program.
  6. Advocacy & Legislative Update
    1. Report on Assignment Results: Interview citizens to identify specific transportation needs and gaps in available services (or people's perceived gaps).
