Members Present:  Carlson, Curry, Hause, Rudolph, Spencer, Wildman 

Members Absent:   Brattsett, Brown, Running, Schenck, Ward, Ellington (excused), Klepper, Rudolph, Waddell

County Personnel:  Blodgett, Hause, Sonntag, Zomer

Others Present:  None

 

No quorum. The agenda items were discussed only.

 

1-3) the meeting started at 10:05am. We don’t have a quorum and the agenda items are only discussed.

 

 

4) Public Comment:  none

 

5) Communications:  e-mail received about increasing the price of taxi vouchers for Sauk Prairie. This price increase won’t affect elderly and disabled people. No action needed.

 

6) Blodgett discussed that ADRC don’t have a that Blodgett introduced David Sonntag as the new transportation coordinator.

a)  Ridership:  Sonntag distributed a report detailing rides provided by volunteer drivers, shopping/fun day trips and taxi tickets sold.

b)  DOT Site Review: Blodgett reported on the results of the State’s 53.10 Grant site review.  The reviewers gave suggestions on things requiring change by year-end and/or the beginning of 2019 and provided templates to assist in those changes.  They are also requiring us to complete a plan to upgrade our fleet by purchasing new vehicles every 5 years.

 

9) Next meeting date and time: Thursday, May 16, 2019 10:30a.m.

 

10) MOTION (Spencer/Carlson) to adjourn until Thursday, May 16, 2019 at 10:30a.m.  Motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 11:17 a.m.
