- Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law: The meeting was called to order by Chair Tut Gramling at 10:02 a.m. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
- Adopt Agenda: Motion by Moore to adopt the Agenda, second by Demers with the addition of Update to Wisconsin Budget impact on ADRC under Business Items. Motion carried.
- Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by Moore to approve the November 25, 2014 Regular Meeting Minutes, second by Lennon. Motion carried.
- Public Comment: None.
- Communications: None.
- Business Items
- Discussion of the Transportation Program: shopping bus. Much discussion ensues with the committee arriving at consensus that the ADRC Shopping Bus will be used for shopping trips only. Trips to Ho-Chunk Casino will be added to Fun Day Travels trips effective August 2015.
- Transportation Financial Review: No report. When the First Quarter 2015 report can be generated, it will be mailed to committee members.
- Update from the Communities: Issues Raised, Priorities Expressed: Discussion included discussion of Volunteer Escort Drive program users who may need rides 3+ times per week can become cost prohibitive to users and the Wisconsin Governor’s 2015-2017 Budget that could still result in proposed changes to aging and disability programs.
- Public Comment: None.
- Next Meeting: Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
- Adjourn: Motion by V. Demers to adjourn the Transportation Coordination Committee meeting, second by E. Klepper at 11:10 a.m. Motion carried.
