(b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial ad-verse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations.” Discussion of loan requests for RLF, CDBG-EAP.

The agenda was approved on a motion by Fleming, second by Bach. Motion carried. Motion by LaRowe, second by Fleming, to approve the minutes from the prior meeting. Motion carried.

Motion by Bach, second by Fleming, to move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85 (1) (f) "Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories of disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations.” Discussion of Community Development Block Grant Revolving Loan Fund application. Motion carried: Ayes: Bach, Bychinski, Fleming, LaRowe.
Motion by Fleming second by Bach to reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session.
