REASON FOR MEETING: REGULAR

SUBJECTS FOR DISCUSSION:

1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law.

2. Adopt Agenda.

3. Approval of minutes from prior meeting.

4. Public Comment.

5. Communications.
     a. Updates to regionalize the CDBG program.

6. Possible closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85 (1) (f) "Considering financial, medical, social or personal his-tories of disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial ad-verse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations.” Discussion of loan requests for RLF: change in collateral.

7. Reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session.

8. Consideration of a request to alter collateral agreement.

9. Next meeting date (s) and agenda items.

The meeting was called to order and certification of Open Meeting compliance was given at 8:52 a.m.

Public Hearing explanation of programs Community Development Block Grant for Economic Development (CDBG-Housing) program.

The agenda was approved on a motion by Yanke, second by Schluter. Motion carried.

Motion by Fleming, second by Yanke to move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85 (1) (f) "Considering financial, medical, social or personal histories of disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. Ayes: Bychinski, Schluter, Yanke, Fleming. Nayes: none. Motion carried.

Motion by Schluter, second by Fleming to reconvene in open session. Motion carried.

Motion by Fleming, second by Yanke to alter the Broadway Diner collateral agreement. Motion carried.
