A quorum may be present consisting of members of the Aging & Disability Resource Center and Veterans Service Office Committee; Board of Health; Economic Development Committee; Executive & Legislative Committee; Extension Education, Arts & Culture Committee; Finance Committee; Health Care Center Board of Trustees; Highway Committee; Human Services Board; Land Resources & Environment Committee; Law Enforcement & Judiciary Committee; Personnel & Insurance Committee and Property Committee.  No governing body will exercise any responsibilities, authority or duties except for the Executive & Legislative Committee. It is possible that a quorum on county board members will be at this meeting to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-making responsibility. This constitutes a meeting of the County Board pursuant to State ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Board, Wis 2d 553, 494 n.w.2d 408 (1993), and must be noticed as such, although the County Board will not take any formal actions at this meeting. It is also possible that there may be quorums of other County Board Committees present, although those committees will not take any formal action at this meeting.

a. Treasurer’s Report
i. Sale Report of tax foreclosed properties for April 2023
ii. Discussion and possible action on a Resolution Authorizing Issuance of a Quit Claim Deed for Parcel No. 276-2284-00000 to the City of Reedsburg
iii. Update, discussion and possible action of sale of tax foreclosed properties- Parcel No. 008-0735-00000 & 008-0736-00000, located at S1974 County Rd A, Baraboo to the Town of Delton
iv. Set minimum bid prices for sale of tax foreclosure properties to the general public
b. It is anticipated that the Committee may enter into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)(e) for the purposes of deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. (Topic: Discussion and Possible Approval to Purchase Property at 616 Linn Street, Baraboo, WI 53913). A roll call vote will be taken to go into closed session and return to Open session.

f.    Discussion and possible action on creating a county wide memorial policy
     g.    Discussion and possible action on modifying how the bills are approved each month by the Property Committee
h.   Discussion and possible action on resolution to enter into a multi-year Chiller maintenance contract with Johnson Controls Inc.
i.      Update on Courthouse bathroom & West Sq. office remodel project
