1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law

3.   Adopt draft minutes of May 2nd meeting,

5. Communications:
a.  Concerts on the Square request to use to courthouse lawn Thursday nights June 6th through end of August
b.  Freedom in Christ Assembly is formally requesting a conditional use permit from Sauk County for the use of the Baraboo Courthouse Square Grounds to conduct a public worship service on Saturday, July 13th from 12 Noon to 6 pm.

c. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance changes to Chapter 20 and 21 Ordinances regarding Courthouse lawn use policy
