Gavin called the meeting to order @ 10:07am

Motion by Pate, seconded by Geoghegan to approve agenda.

Motion by Geoghegan, seconded by Bailey to approve minutes from 1/27/11 meeting

Communications: None

Discussion of 2011 Wisconsin Land Information (WLIP) grants
Felton discussed the 2011 Base Budget grants, lapsing of approx. $2M from WLIP appropriations fund to State General Fund.

Discussion of County Retained Fees/Grant Report
Felton discussed the form that is due June 30,2011 to DOA related to County Retained Fees and the grant application for the $300 Training and Education Grant.

2011 Redistricting: Review of Supervisory Plan adopted and Wards development process
Felton handed out the 2011 Sauk County Redistricting plan, explained that the county is basically done with their work, now the wards are to be done at the local level. The Land Info/GIS department may be spending some time assisting the locals with this process.

Review of 2011 Project and Budget Status
Pate distributed a document with the 2011 LRM Budget Summary. Discussion on budgeted items and budget review.

2012 Land Records Modernization Budget: Discussion of 2012 Goals and Priorities
Pate distributed a document with Proposed Goal for the 2012 Land Records Modernization Budget. Discussion on the 6 main goals.

Update on Register of Deeds Redaction system
Brent discussed the redaction funding, the research that has gone into looking at vendors, and comparing what other counties have done and their experiences. A vendor or software for the redacting project has not been finalized. May go with ID-Protect which is an IMS21- Vanguard product. That product is in a Beta testing currently.
