A quorum may be present consisting of members of the Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee; Economic Development Committee; Finance, Personnel & Insurance Committee; Health and Human Services Committee; Land Resources & Extension Committee; Law Enforcement & Judiciary Committee; Public Works and Infrastructure Committee; and Executive & Legislative Committee. No governing body will exercise any responsibilities, authority, or duties except for the Public Works and Infrastructure Committee. It is possible that a quorum of county board members will be at this meeting to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-making responsibility. This constitutes a meeting of the County Board pursuant to State ex rel Badke v. Greendale Village Board, Wis 2d 553, 494 n.w.2d 408 (1993), and must be noticed as such, although the County Board will not take any formal actions at this meeting. It is also possible that there may be quorums of other County Board Committees present, although those committees will not take any formal action at this meeting.

1. Meeting called to Order by Chairman Brian Peper at 5:00 P.M.
Members present: Brian Pepper, Richard Cross, Bob Spencer, Tom Dorner, Mark Waldon, Terry Spencer, and Bryant Hazard. Valerie McAuliffe came in at 5:12P.M.
Members Absent: Smooth Detter.
County Employees attending: Lisa Wilson, Patrick Gavinski, Darin Carignan, Ian Crammond, Steve Pate, Lewis Lange, Phil Raab, and Quintin Bradley.
2. Adopt Agenda.
Motion to adopt agenda by made by Bob Spencer and seconded by Terry Spencer.
Motion carried unanimously.
3. Discussion and Action Adopting Minutes of Previous Meeting.
a. August 11th, 2025– Public Works and Infrastructure Regular Meeting.
Motion to adopt June 9th minutes by Mark Waldon and seconded by Tom Dorner

Steve Pate updated committee on their vouchers.
Motion to Approve August Vouchers in the amount of $129,080.62 made by Terry Spencer and seconded by Bryant Hazard.
Motion carried unanimously.
b. Monthly Report.
Steve Pate updated the committee.
c. Consideration of computer donation requests from CCS and TWW.
Motion to Approve all three computer donation requests made by Bryant Hazard and seconded by Bob Spencer.
Motion carried unanimously.
7. Buildings, Communications/Towers & Landfill.
a. Review and approval of vouchers.
Ian Crammond updated the Committee on the Vouchers.
Motion to approve vouchers in the amount of $235,002.84 made by Bob Spencer and seconded by Tom Dorner.
Motion carried unanimously.
b. Building Services & Communications monthly update.
Ian Crammond updated the Committee.
c. Discussion and possible action to contract Hometown Asphalt Sealers for crack filling, sealing, and striping at Reedsburg Human Services and the LEC Annex/Sallyport Area.
Motion to approve contract with Hometown Asphalt Sealers in the amount of $20,353.00 made by Tom Dorner and seconded by Mark Waldon.

Pat Gavinski updated the committee on the monthly vouchers.
Motion to approve monthly vouchers in the amount of $690,472.60 made by Bob Spencer and seconded by Terry Spencer.
Motion carried unanimously.
b. Review of Highway Department monthly reports.
Pat Gavinski updated the Committee.
c. Discussion and action on quotes for winter sand.
Motion to approve sand quote from Allen Steel at $4.25 per ton made by Bob Spencer and seconded by Terry Spencer.
Motion carried unanimously.
d. Discussion and Action on an Ordinance Amendment to ordinance section 6. of the Sauk County Ordinances related to County Highway Access Control.
