Motion by Peper, seconded by Stevens to approve 2014 Budget Mission, Vision, Goals, and Performance Measures.

Motion by Meister, seconded by Peper to approve changing the closing hours for White Mound and Hemlock Parks to be 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

2 Bids were received for the CTH PF – CHI - Paving Project.

Motion by Stevens, seconded by Meister to award D.L. Gasser Construction the bid for the CTH PF – CHI - Paving Project in the amount of $ 258,095.00.

      Motion carried.

  1. Open Bids for CTH PF – CHI – Pavement Pulverizing and Finish Grading Project at 9:00 a.m.

2 Bids were received for the CTH PF – CHI – Pavement Pulverizing and Finish Grading Project.

Motion by Stevens, seconded by Meister to award WK Construction the bid for the CTH PF – CHI – Pavement Pulverizing and Finish Grading Project in the amount of $ 20,249.18.
