5. Consideration of a resolution Urging The U.S. Department Of The Interior, Bureau Of Indian Affairs, To Comply With The Free-dom Of Information Act And Release Requested Documents And Authorizing The Corporation Counsel To File Suit In U.S. District Court If Compliance Is Not Forthcoming.

6. Possible closed session pursuant to Wisc. Stats. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the [governmental] body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Perfor-mance Evaluation Administrative Coordinator.

7. Reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session.

Chair Krueger called the meeting to order at 8:01 A.M. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified. MOTION (Lane/Stevens) to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously.

Public Comment:
None.

Communications:
None.

Consideration of a resolution Urging The U.S. Department Of The Interior, Bureau Of Indian Affairs, To Comply With The Freedom Of Information Act And Release Requested Documents And Authorizing The Corporation Counsel To File Suit In U. S. District Court If Compliance Is Not Forthcoming:
MOTION (Fordham/Stevens) to approve the resolution and forward to the County Board for Consideration at the September 18, 2012 meeting. Motion carried unanimously.

Possible closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the (governmental) body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Performance Evaluation Administrative Coordinator:
MOTION (Lane/Stevens) to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the (governmental) body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Performance Evaluation Administrative Coordinator.  Roll call vote: AYES: (5) M. Krueger, J. Fordham, W. Wenzel, D. Stevens and J. Lane.
NAY: (0) ABSENT: (0).

MOTION (Wenzel/Stevens) to reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session. Motion carried unanimously.

MOTION (Fordham/Lane) to adjourn until the next regular meeting Tuesday, October 2, 2012. Motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned.
