Ordinance 4-2012 Adopting A Temporary Moratorium Of Development In The Special Flood Hazard Area Identified In The Dam Failure Analysis Of The Lake Redstone Dam.
MOVED (Ashford/Halfen). Supervisor Borleske recused herself due to a possible conflict of interest. Conservation, Planning and Zoning Director, Brentt Michalek presented a report on Historical Analysis Dam Breach. (on file ) Meg Galloway and Gary Heinrichs, (WDNR) provided a lengthy question and answer forum for the county board. Discussion to move forward and vote on the resolution. Motion to amend striking out the following language, on page two, in the third sentence “substantial repairs to existing structures” and replace it with “additions”. MOVED (Wenzel/Stehling).
