New Supervisor Orientation Meeting
Monday, April 9, 2012; 5:00 P.M.
Room 213, West Square Bldg, 505 Broadway, Baraboo WI 53913

Present: Marty Krueger, John Dietz, Carol Held, Joe Fish, Ruth Dawson, John Miller,
Scott Von Asten, Dennis Polivka, Brian Peper, Mark Detter, Rebecca DeMars, Kathy Schauf, Kerry Beghin, and Todd Liebman

Chair Krueger called the meeting to order at 5:00 P.M. and certified compliance with the Open Meeting Law.

Krueger indicated his desire to move item # 8, Todd Liebman’s presentation to the first item after introductions and opening remarks.

Informative presentations were then provided by the following:
• Todd Liebman, Corporation Counsel
• Kathy Schauf, Administrative Coordinator
• Kerry Beghin, Controller
• Marty Krueger, Board Chair
• Rebecca DeMars, County Clerk

Group moved to the County Board Room to see seating locations and test the voting equipment. Sample vote instructions were previously distributed by Administrative Coordinator in her packet for the members to use.
