3. Board of Canvassers verification that highest number of votes cast is the
same or less than the highest number of voters on poll lists.
4. Board of Canvassers verification that number of ballots cast (OS & TSX
combined) is the same or less than the highest number of voters on the poll lists.
5. Canvass votes cast at the July 12, 2011 Primary Recall Election:

6. 8:55 a.m., MOTION (Huffaker/Carignan) to adjourn, with possibility of reconvening to Monday, July 18, 2011 at 8:30 a.m. if the City of Baraboo Ward 14 voter issued a provisional ballot provides proof of residence to the City of Baraboo Clerk by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, July 15, 2011. Motion carried unanimously.

3. Canvass/count provisional ballot(s) cast at the July 12, 2011 Primary Recall Election for
State Senate District 14:
• One (1) Provisional Ballot was received from the City of Baraboo, Ward 14. Voter did provide proof of residence to the City of Baraboo Clerk before the 4:00 p.m. deadline on Friday, July 15, 2011.
• Voter was added to the City of Baraboo poll list, Wards 1, 2, 11, 12, 13 and 14; and assigned #754.
• Inspectors Statement was changed to add
o one to the number of Optical Scan (OS) ballots
o one to the highest number on the poll list
o one to the number of ballots cast
• Board of Canvassers removed the provisional ballot from the certificate envelope and tallied the vote:

Fred Clark (DEM) RECEIVED 1
Scattering RECEIVED 0
• Provisional Ballot was sealed in a separate ballot bag; given seal #0263991; and
noted on inspectors statement.
