- Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law: The Meeting was called to order by A. Carlson at 8:34 a.m. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
- Adopt Agenda: Motion by T. Hill to adopt the Agenda, second by R. Dawson. Motion carried.
- Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by V. Demers to approve the November 27, 2012 Regular Meeting Minutes, second by T. Hill. Motion carried.

MISSION STATEMENT |
To empower and support older adults, adults with disabilities and their families by providing easily accessible quality information and assistance. The Aging and Disability Resource Center will provide services, resources, advocacy and opportunities to support each individual’s choices for independence and enhanced quality of life. |

- Act as advocate for community members to guide people to the resources and services
