REGULAR MEETING

ATTENDANCE:
Members Present:  Arthur Carlson - Chair, Janice Brown, Ruth Dawson, Vern Demers, Theron Hill, Phyllis Johnson, Eileen Klepper, Janet Pearson.

Others Present:  Trish Vandre, ADRC of Sauk County Director and Thomas Litscher, ADRC of Sauk County Mobility & Operations Manager.

Absent: Joan Wucherer.

  1. Call to Order and Certify Compliance with Open Meeting Law: The Meeting was called to order by A. Carlson at 8:32 a.m. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
  2. Adopt Agenda: Motion by V. Demers to adopt the Agenda, second by T. Hill. Motion carried.
  3. Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by R. Dawson to approve the previous Regular Meeting Minutes, second by V. Demers. Motion carried.
  4. Public Comment: None.
  5. Communications: None.
  6. Advocacy & Legislative Update
