Members Absent:
County Personnel: Susan Blodgett, ADRC; Tony Tyczynski, Veterans; Quinn Hause, ADRC, David Sonntag, ADRC and Robin Kitzinger, ADRC
Others Present: David Reick, County Board Supervisor
Chair Spencer called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m. and compliance with the Open Meeting Law was verified.
MOTION (Whitsell/Braunschweig) to adopt the agenda. Motion carried unanimously and agenda adopted.
MOTION (Braunschweig/McAuliffe) to approve the minutes of the special meeting on November 13, 2018 and the regular meeting on November 20, 2018. Motion carried unanimously.

Communications: None
Susan Blodgett, Aging & Disability Resource Center:
a) Blodgett stated David Reick was in attendance to address the Board regarding the dining site closure and turned the meeting over to him. Reick thanked Blodgett, Spencer and the staff for meeting with the new Spring Green Board and expressed their desire to keep the site open. Discussion followed. No action taken.
b) Blodgett presented the monthly report. Discussion followed. No action taken. Sonntag then spoke to the Board about the locally developed Coordinated Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan for Sauk County (as part of the Department of Transportation 85.21 grant that the ADRC is applying for) and the public hearing held on December 11, 2018 regarding the Plan. Discussion followed. No action taken.
c-d) Blodgett presented the monthly financial statement and the list of monthly invoices for her department.
MOTION (Braunschweig/Whitsell) to approve the November 2018 bills in the amount of $24,689.34. Motion carried unanimously.
e) Blodgett reported that the County has sent out a request for proposal to David Mayo to assist in determining space needs. Discussion followed. No action taken.
f) Whitsell asked about the status of possibly creating an Oral Health Professional Ad-Hoc Committee. Blodgett updated the Board on a meeting held with the Health Director. Discussion followed. No action taken.
Tony Tyczynski, Veterans Service Office:
a) Tyczynski updated the Board on the Partners in Healthy Aging Group, the Federal Veterans Administration appeals process and year-to-date Facebook activity.
b-c) Tyczynski presented the monthly financial statements and the list of monthly invoices for his department.
MOTION (Braunscheig/Whitsell) to approve the November 2018 bills in the amount of $2,270.46. Spencer asked for additional information on one of the invoices. Discussion followed. Motion carried unanimously.
Aging & Disability Resource Center of Eagle Country Board Update:
Whitsell reported the Board is planning a legislative meeting to be held on February 22 with the current 4 county representatives and representatives from the 4 counties south of us. A representative from the Ho Chunk Nation was also in attendance at the meeting and gave a report.

Limiting daily volunteers at dining sites
MOTION (Whitsell/Curry) to adjourn until January 8, 2019. Motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 5:46 p.m.
