1. Call to Order: The Meeting was called to order by D. Riek at 8:17 a.m. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
2. Adopt Agenda: Motion by C. Held to adopt the Agenda, second by T. Gramling. Motion carried.
3. Adopt Minutes of Previous Meetings: Motion by T. Gramling to adopt the August 14, 2014 Regular Meeting Minutes, second by T. Kriegl. Motion carried. Motion by T. Kriegl to adopt the August 25, 2014 Joint Special Meeting Minutes of the Sauk County Board of Health and the ADRC Committee, as amended below, second by C. Held. Motion carried.
Remove the following statement from the August 25, 2014 joint meeting minutes because it wasn’t totally accurate and it would take too much time from the meeting to adequately correct it. “Kriegl had questions regarding the consideration of the reversal
of services, for example having the Health Department staff come to the ADRC. Olson shared that moving one individual to a department that already has the infrastructure and technology model in place for evidence-based programming appeared to be more fiscally responsible than moving several individuals from the Health Department that are in several existing programs to the ADRC.”
4. Public Comment: K. Olson introduced Becky Dahl, Aging & Disability Resource Center of Eagle Country Director, and John Schnabl, Greater Wisconsin Agency on Aging Resources, Inc. OAA Programs and Special Projects Manager, to the ADRC Committee.
5. Communications: K. Olson distributed the McCumber Column article published in the Baraboo News Republic on September 11, 2014, entitled “ADRC Sets Positive Example.”

Gramling to approve the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Sauk County subcontracting the management of the Caregiver, Nutrition and Prevention Programs to the Sauk County Public Health Department, effective January 1, 2015, through the 2015 Budget Process, second by D. Moore. Motion carried with Kriegl opposed due to concerns about the transfer of the nutrition specialist.
C. Consider Approval of the Aging & Disability Resource Center 2015 Budget: Motion by C. Held to approve the Aging & Disability Resource Center 2015 Budget with a Sauk County Tax Levy of $264,182.00, second by T. Gramling. Motion carried with Kriegl opposed due to concerns about the transfer of the nutrition specialist.
D. Consider Approval of Resolution No. 80-14 Adopting Program Fees for the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Sauk County: Motion by T. Gramling to approve Resolution No. 80-14 Adopting Program Fees for the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Sauk County, second by T. Kriegl. Motion carried.
E. Consider Approval of Writing-Off ADRC Invoice No. 873, in the Amount of $230.57, Due toNon-Payment: Motion by T. Kriegl to approve writing-off ADRC Invoice No. 873, in the amount of $230.57, due to non-payment, second by T. Gramling. Motion carried.
F. Consider Approval of Baraboo Tent & Awning Installing New Bus Graphics on ADRC Bus Nos. 4, 5 and 6, $6,000.00: Motion by T. Gramling to approve Baraboo Tent & Awning installing new bus graphics on ADRC Bus Nos. 4, 5 and 6, second by C. Held. Motion carried.
