1. Call to Order: The Meeting was called to order by D. Riek at 8:15 a.m. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
2. Adopt Agenda: Motion by T. Kriegl to adopt the Agenda as amended, to move Agenda Item 12A to follow Agenda Item 10, second by T. Gramling. Motion carried.
3. Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by D. Moore to adopt the February 12, 2015 Regular Meeting Minutes, second by T. Gramling. Motion carried.
4. Public Comment: Sylvia Kriegl spoke in favor of SeniorCare and in opposition of Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker’s proposed 2015-2017 Budget.
5. Communications: K. Olson referenced the numerous emails that she had forwarded to the ADRC Committee from the Greater Wisconsin Agency on Aging Resources, Inc. regarding Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker’s proposed 2015-2017 Budget.

7. Consider Approval of Ordinance No. 2-2015, “Repealing and Recreating Chapter 16, Aging & Disability Resource Center Ordinance”: Motion by D. Riek to approve Ordinance No. 2-2015, “Repealing and Recreating Chapter 16, Aging & Disability Resource Center Ordinance,” as amended below, second by T. Kriegl. Motion carried.
Chapter 16 Addition: Section 16.07(5), “The advisory committee acts as the base membership of the transportation coordination committee pursuant to Resolution No. 79-08.”
8. 2015-2017 Wisconsin Governor’s Budget Proposal; Becky Dahl, Regional Manager, ADRC of Eagle Country
9. Discussion and Possible Action on Support for Funding SeniorCare and ADRC Programs for the 2015-2017 State Biennial Budget: Motion by T. Kriegl to draft a cover letter endorsing the March 3, 2015 letter from the ADRC of Eagle Country Board expressing concern about the proposed state budget on ADRC, sent to the (State of Wisconsin) Joint Finance Committee for signing by the ADRC and Executive & Legislative (E&L) Committees at a Special Meeting on March 17, 2015, second by D. Riek. Motion failed. Motion by T. Gramling to draft a letter of support for ADRCs in the Governor’s 2015-2017 Budget proposal, to be forwarded to E&L for consideration at its April 2, 2015 Regular Meeting, second by T. Kriegl. Motion carried.

A. Consider Recommendation of Appointee to Serve as the ADRC Director: Motion by T. Gramling to recommend Susan Blodgett as appointee to serve as the ADRC Director, second by T. Kriegl. Motion carried.
