Roundy, Aging & Disability Resource Center/Sauk County Veterans Service Office Fiscal Accounting Technician; Cathy Warwick, Sauk County Health Department Deputy Director; Laura Geick, Sauk County Health Department Nutrition & Prevention Specialist; Louis Birkholz, Sauk County Veterans Benefit Specialist.
- Call to Order: The Meeting was called to order by D. Riek at 8:15 a.m. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
- Adopt Agenda: Motion by C. Held to adopt the Agenda as amended to move Agenda Items 10a and 10b to follow Agenda Item 7, second by T. Kriegl: Motion carried.
3.Motion by T. Gramling to adopt the January 8, 2015 Regular Meeting Minutes, second by C. Held: Motion carried.
- Public Comment: None.
- Communications: K. Olson referenced three emails that she had forwarded to the ADRC Committee from the Greater Wisconsin Agency on Aging Resources about the Older American Act Reauthorization Bill and SeniorCare. K Olson read aloud a letter that had been received from a client.

7.Discussion and Consideration of Strategic Issues for Board Mid-term Discussion. Three issues were brought forward for discussion: 1) A list of unmet needs, as identified by the ADRC of Eagle Country Regional Governing Board on January 23, 2015, 2) Transportation for clients on Medical Assistance and 3) Reexamination of the Sauk County Health and Human Services Functional Group structure.

Kriegl to approve Resolution No. 12-15, “Adopting Program Fees for the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Sauk County” and Resolution No. 7-15, “Proclamation of May 2015 as Older Americans Month,” second by T.
