1. Call to Order: The Meeting was called to order by D. Riek at 8:18 a.m. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
2. Adopt Agenda: Motion by M. Krueger to adopt the Agenda, second by T. Kriegl. Motion carried.
3. Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by T. Kriegl to adopt the March 12, 2015 Regular Meeting Minutes, second by M. Krueger. Motion carried.
4. Public Comment: None.
5. Communications: M. Krueger spoke of the call he received from D. Moore, excusing him from the April ADRC Committee Meeting.
6. Possible Closed Session Pursuant to Wisc.
