1. Call to Order: The Meeting was called to order by R. Dawson at 8:18 AM and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
2. Adopt Agenda: Motion by T. Kriegl to adopt the Agenda, second by M. Krueger. Motion carried.
3. Adopt Minutes of Previous Meeting: Motion by T. Kriegl to adopt the February 12, 2014 Minutes, second by R. Dawson. Motion carried.

5. Communications: K. Olson read the letter from Michael Heath, photographer, with compliments for the Emergency Preparedness Project calendar.
6. Update on Interim Director Status from the Administrative Coordinator: K. Schauf provided an update on the employment status of the Aging & Disability Resource Center Interim Director.
7. Consider Possible Closed Session Pursuant to Wisc.
