REGULAR MEETING
ATTENDANCE:

CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by A. Carlson at 8:15 a.m. and was certified to be in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
ADOPT AGENDA: Motion by T. Bychinski to adopt the Agenda, second by A. Lombard. Motion carried.
ADOPT MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: Motion by A. Lombard to approve the December 13, 2010 Minutes, second by T. Bychinski. Motion carried.
PUBLIC COMMENT: None registered.
COMMUNICATIONS: A. Carlson distributed and read a letter received from Robert Charley, Spring Green Dining Center Manager. A. Carlson asked for a moment of silence to honor the victims of the recent Tucson, Arizona shooting.

AGING & DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTER OF SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN – NORTH BOARD UPDATE: P. Murray presented information from the most recent meeting for Committee discussion.
VETERANS SERVICE OFFICE/AGING & DISABILITY RESOURCE CENTER STAFF RESOURCES UPDATE: T. Vandre and T. Tyczynski presented information from the most recent meeting for Committee discussion.

A. Veterans Service Office
1. Veterans Service Office Update: T. Tyczynski distributed and presented the highlights from the December 2010/January 2011 Departmental Update for Committee discussion.
2. Veterans Service Office Statistics/Trends: T. Tyczynski and L. Roundy presented service statistics and trends through December 31, 2010 for Committee discussion.
3. Consider Approval of Monthly Vouchers: Motion by T. Bychinski to approve the December 2010 Vouchers, in the amount of $598.26, second by P. Murray. Motion carried.
B. Aging & Disability Resource Center
1. Consider Approval of Resolution No. 01-11 Commending Margaret Alt for 26 Years of Faithful Service to the People of Sauk County: Motion by T. Bychinski to approve Resolution No. 01-11 Commending Margaret Alt for 26 Years of Faithful Service to the People of Sauk County, second by G. Johnson. Motion carried.
2. Consider Approval of The Bus Advertising Policy: Withdrawn by T. Vandre.
3. Consider Approval of The Bus Advertising “Wrap” Quote: Withdrawn by T. Vandre.
4. Consider Approval of the Volunteer Driver Mileage Reimbursement Policy Revision: Motion by G. Johnson to approve the Volunteer Driver Mileage Reimbursement Policy revision, second by A. Lombard. Motion carried.
5. Consider Approval of the Public Forum Schedule on Long-Term Care Services: Motion by T. Bychinski to approve the public forum schedule on long-term care services, as semi-annual forums alternating between Baraboo, Reedsburg, Sauk-Prairie area, and Spring Green/Plain area, second by P. Murray. Motion carried.
6. Discuss Older Americans Act Program Waitlist Policy: T. Vandre presented the draft Older Americans Act Program Waitlist Policy for Committee discussion.
7. Aging & Disability Resource Center Director Update: T. Vandre presented the highlights from the December 2010/January 2011 Departmental Update for Committee discussion.
8. Aging & Disability Resource Center Service Statistics/Trends: T. Vandre and L. Roundy distributed and presented service statistics and trends through December 31, 2010 for Committee discussion.
9. Review Monthly Financial Statements: L. Roundy presented the current financial statements and entertained any questions.
10. Consider Approval of the Monthly Vouchers: Motion by P. Murray to approve the December 2010 Vouchers, in the amount of $39,698.16 and January 2011 Vouchers, in the amount of $4,816.80, second by T. Bychinski. Motion carried.
NEXT MEETING: The next Regular Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee Meeting will be held Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at 8:15 a.m. at the West Square Building, 505 Broadway, Baraboo.
ADJOURNMENT: Motion by T. Bychinski to adjourn the Aging & Disability Resource Center Committee at 10:48 a.m., second by P. Murray. Motion carried.
