Sex Offender released into community
Press Release
Sheriff Chip Meister would like to notify the community, pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 301.46 (2m)(c), that convicted sex offender Robert B. Frier is being released from prison on August 29th, 2016, and will reside at S3585 CTH BD in the Township of Delton.
Mr. Frier has served the sentence imposed by the court and is not wanted by Law Enforcement at this time. We are releasing this information only to inform the public of his release. He has been convicted of a sex offense that requires lifetime registration with the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry Program. His criminal history places him in a classification level that reflects the potential to re-offend.
Mr. Frier will be under GPS monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and must have a chaperone anytime he leaves the residence during the first year.
The use of this information to threaten, harass or intimidate a sex offender is illegal.
