Reedsburg Man Arrested for 7th Offense OWI

On June 8, 2013 at approximately 9:55 p.m., Sauk County Dispatch received a report of a possible intoxicated male sitting in a car in the Ho-Chunk Casino parking lot. As deputies arrived on scene, they observed the suspect vehicle about to exit the casino parking lot.  As the deputies followed the vehicle, they observed it did not have operating registration lamps.      

A traffic stop was made on the vehicle on CTH BD in the Township of Delton and the operator was identified as Raymond F. Parlich, age 45, of Reedsburg, WI.  Parlich did show signs of intoxication.  While deputies were running a records check of Parlich’s driving record, Parlich took off running.  After a short foot pursuit, deputies were able to apprehend Parlich.

Parlich was transported to the Sauk County Jail where he was booked in for Operating While Intoxicated 7th offense and Drink Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle.
