OWI #6

On Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at approximately 9:11PM, Deputies from the Sauk County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a one vehicle crash in the area of County Road BD and Hwy 12, in the Town of Delton. When Deputies arrived on scene, contact was made with the operator, Bryan J Johnson, age 48, of Reedsburg, WI.

While speaking with Johnson, the Deputy observed signs of impairment. Johnson was asked to perform field sobriety tests. As a result of those tests, Johnson was placed under arrest for Operating While Under the Influence – 6^th Offense.

Charges of operating while under the influence – 6^th offense and failure to maintain control are being referred to the Sauk County District Attorney’s Office.
