OWI 3 w/ Passenger Under 16

On Saturday, February 12th, 2022 at approximately 1:12 AM Sauk County Dispatch received a report of a disturbance taking place at an address on Busse Lane in the township of Delton. The reporting party stated that she had been attacked by a female who was leaving the residence in a vehicle and provided dispatch with a description of the vehicle as well as the identity of the suspect.  

Responding deputies located the suspect vehicle, a 2006 Ford Escape, traveling on Busse Lane and conducted a traffic stop. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Bonnie Frogg, age 20 of Baraboo. Frogg was also the suspect from the disturbance. There were several juveniles inside the vehicle during the stop as well. While in contact with Frogg the deputies on scene noted signs of alcohol impairment. As a result of these observations, Frogg was asked to submit to field sobriety testing. Frogg was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated with a Passenger Under 16 - 3rd Offense, Operating after Revocation, Failing to Install an Ignition Interlock Device and a Probation Hold. Frogg was transported to the Sauk County Jail where she was turned over to custody of the jail staff. The juveniles were released to a responsible party.
