On Tuesday, April 13, 2025 at approximately 9:46PM a Deputy from the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on Yellow Thunder Road in the Town of Delton. The Deputy made contact with the operator, who was identified as Thalia Falcon, age 47, of Baraboo, WI

While speaking with Falcon, the Deputy observed signs of impairment. Falcon was asked to perform field sobriety tests. As a result of those tests, Falcon was placed under arrest for Operating while under the Influence – 3^rd Offense.

Charges of operating while under the influence – 3^rd offense, Possession of THC, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a prescription without a script are being referred to the Sauk County District Attorney’s Office.
