Operating While Impaired 5th Offense and Drug Arrest.

On September 22. 2025 at 7:55pm a Sauk County Deputy observed a car operating on West Monroe St. in the Village of Lake Delton. The Deputy observed the vehicle committing a moving violation and a traffic stop was conducted. The driver identified as Tonya R. Hogan age 51 of Wisconsin Dells showed signs of impairment. Tonya was asked to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Test. The test results indicated signs of impairment. Tonya was arrested for Operating While Under the Influence 5^th Offense.

Additional charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Felony Bail Jumping were referred to the Sauk County District Attorneys Office.
