OMVWI 5 Arrest


**Special News Release**

November 7, 2011

On November 7, 2011 at approximately 12:03am a Sauk County Sheriff’s Deputy observed a vehicle travelling erratically and making unsafe lane deviations on USH 12 and Terrytown Road. The vehicle was stopped and the operator was identified as Chadd C. Seaton, age 37, of Baraboo, WI. It was discovered that Seaton had been drinking alcohol and field sobriety tests were administered. Seaton failed the field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest. It was learned that Seaton had four prior convictions for OMVWI. Seaton was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated 5th Offense, Operating After Revocation 4th plus Offense, and Unsafe Lane Deviation. Seaton was incarcerated in the Sauk County Jail.
