North Freedom Woman Arrested for OWI 5

July 30, 2012
On July 29, 2012 at approximately 2:00 AM, CEILIA M. HEGARTY-FRISCINO, F/W, age 27 of North Freedom, WI was stopped for a speed violation and for operating a motor vehicle left of center on HWY 60 in the Township of Prairie Du Sac.
During the course of the stop the deputy noted a strong odor of intoxicants coming from the vehicle. The vehicle was occupied by three other adults and one juvenile. The deputy suspected the driver was under the influence of intoxicants and had her perform field sobriety tests, which she failed. Hegarty-Friscino was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated 5th Offence with a passenger under the age of 16, Operating with a Revoked Drivers License related to Operating While Intoxicated and Speeding. Hegarty-Friscino was incarcerated in the Sauk County Jail.
