NEWS RELEASE
ARRESTS:
On December 8, 2010, Nancy A. Prawdzik, age 27, of Sauk City, Wisconsin, was arrested for Retail Theft, for an incident that occurred at the West Baraboo Sears Grand store.
On December 24, 2010, Christopher P. Hasenstein, age 48, of Baraboo, Wisconsin, was arrested for two counts of False Imprisonment, Going Armed With Firearm Under Influence of an Intoxicant, two counts of Intentionally Pointing Firearm at Another, and Disorderly Conduct/Domestic Abuse (Use of Dangerous Weapon).
On December 27, 2010, Jason M. Collins, age 30, of Reedsburg, Wisconsin, was arrested on a warrant.
On December 28, 2010, Randy L. Johnson, age 38, of North Freedom, Wisconsin, turned himself in on a warrant.
INCIDENTS:
On December 23, 2010, the Sauk County Sheriff's Department responded to a report of a snowmobile accident that occurred on LaValle Road, in the Township of LaValle. A 44 year old man from Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, was riding his snowmobile on the side of a snowbank made by plowed snow, when the snowmobile overturned on its left side onto the man. The man suffered injuries and was transported to the Reedsburg hospital.
