Missing Person

On Monday, May 11th, 2015, the Sauk County Sheriff's Office was requested to conduct a welfare check in the Village of West Baraboo on 30 year old Nicholas P. Moen, after a disciplinary action at his workplace in the Village of Lake Delton. Attempts to contact Mr. Moen were not successful on that date. Additional attempts to locate and make contact with Mr.Moen since that date have been unsuccessful, and it is believed that he has not returned to his apartment since May 11th. Investigation at Mr. Moens residence revealed that he is not in possession of his cell phone or other personal items one would be expected to have if leaving for an extended period of time.

Mr. Moen has not been heard from by his family since May 11th, 2015. He is known to frequent the casinos near Lake Delton and Black River Falls, and is described as having a gambling problem. Mr. Moen is approximately 5'8" and 150lbs, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Mr. Moen may be driving a Gray 1997 Toyota Camry 4 door, bearing Wisconsin License Plate 967-FUD.

Citizens are asked to be on the look out for Mr. Moen and his vehicle and report any information you may have to Detective Justin Hannagan of the Sauk County Sheriff's Office at 608 355 3233.
