On December 2, 2012 at approximately 4:55am Sauk County Sheriff’s Deputies were sent to a residence on STH 154 in the Township of Reedsburg for a report of a disturbance taking place between a boyfriend and girlfriend. It was reported that this disturbance had turned physical between them and that the male, later identified as Travis A. The Sauk County K-9 unit began a track of Frank in the woods that ultimately led him to awaiting Deputies and a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper where he was taken into custody without incident.
Frank was incarcerated in the Sauk County Jail and charged with Intoxiated Use of a Weapon, Recklessly Endangering Safety, and Disorderly Conduct by Use of a Dangerous Weapon.
