5th Offense OWI Arrest

On January 18, 2015 at approximately 2:40 A.M. a Sauk County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Antonio D. Hodges, age 27, of Madison, for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI) 5th Offense. The Deputy observed Hodges speeding in the City of Baraboo.  Following the traffic stop, the Deputy located a loaded handgun under the drivers seat of the vehicle.  Hodges refused to submit to a blood test at which time a warrant was issued for the test.  Hodges became uncooperative and resisted attempts to obtain the blood test. 

Hodges was booked into the Sauk County Jail for Operating After Revocation Due To OWI Conviction -  2nd Offense,  Operating While Intoxicated - 5th Offense, Resisting An Officer, Possession Of A Firearm By A Felon,  and Carrying A Concealed Weapon.
